Two young student pilots stand in front of a red airplane in this public domain stock image.
This public domain photograph is from the Farm Security Administration/Office of War Information Color Photographs Collection in the Library of Congress.
Posed? Well maybe… but cool nonetheless. Arthur Rothstein captures two young student pilots standing beside a very shiny red airplane at Meacham Field, Fort Worth, Texas. The student pilots are dressed in bright white flight suits that contrast intensely with the red plane. The two men appear to be looking over a map or flight plan.
This photo was taken by Arthur Rothstein, who was working as an agent of the United States government. Because this image was taken by an employee of the federal government, it is in the public domain. Privacy and publicity rights may apply.

It seems that these two guys are learning to fly planes. These student pilots are really very handsome. They both are tall, fair and have athlete’s body.Their uniform is so bright and clean and making them more handsome. It seems they are discussing something may be they are planning to fly the plane .I think they are making plan to fight.I think the guy in the right side is telling another guy a plan.It may be fight related or something else. But, it seems they both are busy in discussion. The red plane at their back is looking very nice. Its bright red color is glowing with white uniforms of guys.It doesn’t seems like a passenger plane. Its a fighter plane I guess!May be these student pilots will learn how to fly a fighter plane. It is looking very new or may be it has recently colored. The field is looking so dry it must be outside of the city because they are learners.I think this picture has been taken few years back because the hairstyle of student pilots is old.But I must say they both are very charming and devoted to work.
